First,
we’ll take an assessment. You can’t possibly
know what to do to get a different result unless you
know what it is you are doing now that’s counter-productive.
Before our first session you’ll have an idea
of what to listen for because you’ll know
the weak spots in your weight loss program.
I’m
a midlife woman who has been fat, dare I say thin,
and lots of places in between, a recovering yo-yo
mama myself who is currently stable and in better
shape than ever, though I exercise less than I used
to.
I love to eat and I eat what I love. (Ok I’m
lucky, vegetables make me happy but so does cheese
and I eat both in copious amounts.)
I’m a professional chef, I’ve studied
nutrition for decades, I’m a certified life
coach and I’m hell bent on sharing what
I know with women just like me who are tired of thinking
about their weight.
