In today’s email from Dr. Mercola there is a fun test to help you clarify if you use more of the left–or–logical brain, or the right which is rooted in feeling. On the right hand side of the the page that opens up you should see a dancer spinning.
If you see her spinning clockwise or counterclockwise determines which side of the brain is your default. Some people switch back and forth comfortably.
It’s fun and there is a list of the characteristics associated with the different hemispheres. See if you agree that those atrributed to your default side sound like you.
Why would you want to know? Well brain teasers like this help keep the brain strong and functioning well. You can also work to get the dancer to change direction and that would stress the brain just enough to get the other side engaged making you a more versatile problem solver.
