I thought I’d update you on the plans for this blog.
I’ve added two categories, recipes and book reviews. My goal is to have another few categories added by the week’s end and they will include supplements, The Mind Game, and News you Can Use.
All of these entries are designed with your health and quality of life in mind. If you are not familiar with me, know this, I read copiously so you don’t have to. I get my health and wellness news from reliable sources and will post what I think useful and important here.
I’d love to answer more of your questions here too so send them along.
If you have a product you are thinking of trying out and want a second opinion also send that to me. I work with some of the smartest people in the wellness and transformation industries. If I don’t have the answer, my team of experts will.
I’ll be featuring them here in future posts so you can have confidence in me by also knowing my team.
